Achari Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless- 300gm
  • Onion Chopped –   1 big
  • Garlic Paste –  1 tsp
  • Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt – 1 ½ cup
  • Cooking Oil – 8 tbsp
  • Green Chili (cut in ½ length)  – 4 pieces
  • Salt –  1 tbsp

Method:

  • Boil pasta in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes or till tender. Rinse under cold running water. Drain. Add 1 tbsp oil to pasta, mix and set aside.
  • In the pan, add in the remaining oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and fry it for a minute. Add 1 cup water, bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add yoghurt and green chilli and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Remove and serve with pasta for quick and easy pasta recipes.

Shashlik Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1/4 cup chilli tomato sauce
  • 2 onion, cubed
  • 2 green pepper, cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add garlic, lemon juice, red pepper, soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavours. Chop tomato, onion and green pepper into cubes. Set aside. Put chicken and veggies on skewers.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shashlik sticks on a medium flame for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Meanwhile, boiled macaroni in a large pot until al dente. Put macaroni in the frying pan. Stir well. Add chilli tomato sauce. Dish it out and put shashlik sticks over the macaroni. Delicious Shashlik Macaroni is ready to serve.

Tikkah macaroni

Ingredients

  • Macaroni ½ packet (boiled)
  • Boneless chicken 300 gm (cubed)
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 small (sliced)
  • Tomato 1 (sliced)
  • Green chillies 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Yoghurt 4 teaspoons
  • Water ½ glass
  • Capsicum 2 (cubed)
  • Onion 1 medium (cubed)
  • Tikka Masala 4 tea spoons

 Method

  1. Fry sliced onion in oil until golden. Take out the onion from oil and put it into the grinder along with tomatoes, green chillies, garlic cloves and yoghurt. Blend it.
  2. Pour masala in oil again, add chicken cook until chicken is done.
  3. Now add capsicum, onion, tikka masala and boiled macaroni.
  4. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve with bread.

Balti Macaroni

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packet Bake Parlor Balti Macronies
  2. 4 tbsp Oil
  3. 300 gm Chicken
  4. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  6. 3 cup Water
  7. 2-3 tbsp Salt
  8. 1 Onion (sliced)
  9. 1 Capsicum (sliced)
  10. 1 Potato (cut in cubes)
  11. 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  12. 1/4 cup Chilli Sauce
  13. 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  14. Oil for Frying

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a pot. Once it boils add the noodles and salt.
  2. Cook for 7-10 minutes till it is just cooked. Drain the water and run through cold water.
  3. Once the water is drained add 1 tsp oil to noodles and mix so they don’t stick to each other.
  4. Heat oil and crack the eggs.
  5. Add pepper powder and salt to it.
  6. Scramble them and add the cabbage, capsicum, salt to it and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Next add balti sauce to the veggies.
  8. Saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes till veggies are cooked.
  9. Now add the cooked noodles and saute in high flame till everything is combined.
  10. Check the seasoning and add salt, pepper powder as required.
  11. Spicy Balti Macaroni is ready.

INGREDIENTS

  • Elbow Macaroni 1 packet
  • Recipe Mix 1 sachet
  • Beef mince 2 cups
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1 large
  • Tomato (skinned & chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies (sliced) 3
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Water 3 cups

METHODS

  1. In pan heat oil, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add a ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add the minced beef and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add recipe mix sachet and fry for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and 3 cups of water; cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the liquid, add sliced ginger, sliced green chillies and chopped coriander; mix and serve with elbow macaroni.

  • one jar Korma sauce
  • 4-5 cups of whole wheat egg noodle
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Optional: add veggies to the korma such as diced onions or potatoes!

  • Dice the chicken breasts into one-inch chunks.
